How do I become a partner?
Interested in hosting Juice? Give us a call or fill in our partner request form, and we will get in touch.
What does it cost to host Juice?
Hosting Juice is completely free. As a partner, you never pay for the station, installation, maintenance, or service.
My station is defective, what now?
Contact our support team and we will help troubleshoot the issue or replace the station if needed.
Do I need to maintain the station?
No, Juice takes care of the installation, maintenance, and technical support. You only need to provide the space and let your guests enjoy the service.

How do I rent a power bank?
Tap your contactless card on the station, grab your power bank, and charge on the go. No app or registration needed!
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the location. The exact rental fee is displayed on the station before you start your rental. A temporary deposit is also reserved on your card and will be released once the power bank is returned.
What if I don't return the power bank?
If the power bank is not returned within 48 hours, the temporary deposit will be converted into a final payment.
How do I request a refund?
