About the role
We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and plugged into culture, who knows how to tell stories that stick, understands visual style, and isn’t afraid to experiment, film, or pitch big ideas. You’ll work closely with our brand and design team and take charge of our social media presence.
You will become our Social Media & Content Intern to help us tell our story in fresh, engaging ways across our social platforms.
What you'll do
- Create, schedule & post engaging content across our channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Film, edit and publish engaging short-form video using trending formats and hooks.
- Spot relevant trends, adapt them to Juice’s tone, and turn them into shareable moments.
- Shoot content on-location at Juice partners, including cafés, hotels, train stations etc.
- Source and direct user-generated or influencer content with an eye for brand tone and visual identity.
- Design on-brand graphics for carousels, stories, and captions.
- Help execute brand campaigns, monthly calendars, and community activations (online and in real life) that get people charging with juice.
- Monitor DMs, comments & engage with our growing community.
- Creative copywriting skills (captions, CTAs, video hooks, etc.).
- Have a strong eye for visual style and ensure cohesive brand storytelling following our brand guidelines.
- Measure what matters – track performance, pull monthly analytics, translate numbers into insights and develop optimisations.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a university or HBO programme in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, Digital Strategy or related fields.
- A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, social content and similar projects.
- Proficiency in content creation tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva and video editing tools (Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, CapCut).
- Excellent eye for visual composition, storytelling, editing on rhythm and brand consistency.
- Comfortable to be both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
- Up to date with digital culture, trends, and awareness of what performs best per platform (trends, formats, storytelling styles).
- Able to work independently with structure, energy and intention.
- Are hands-on, organised & excited to grow something from the ground up.
- Genuine interest in sustainable tech and the convenience economy.
- Based in the Netherlands (or able to commute for shoots/events).
- Fluent in English, written and spoken (Dutch is a plus).
- Available for either:
- 32 hrs + per week for 3–6 months
- 16 hrs per week starting Aug/Sept 2025.
